(b) All prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD). Clients outside Australia are responsible for any currency conversion costs or fees charged by their financial institution.
(c) We are not currently registered for GST. Accordingly, GST is not included in our prices. If our GST registration status changes, our pricing and invoices will be updated as required by law.
(d) A booking or purchase is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email from us or from our platform. We reserve the right to decline or cancel a purchase where an error in pricing or availability has occurred, in which case a full refund will be provided.
(e) Specific terms relating to payment, cancellation, refunds, and program delivery are set out in the Coaching Services Agreement or Event Terms applicable to your purchase, which will be presented to you at checkout.
5. FREE RESOURCES AND WORKSHOPS
(a) We may offer free workshops, webinars, downloadable resources, and educational content through the Website from time to time.

(d) We reserve the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify free workshops at any time. Where a registered event is cancelled, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered participants.

13. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
(a) If a dispute arises in connection with these Terms or your use of the Website, the parties agree to attempt to resolve it through direct communication in good faith before commencing any formal proceedings.
(b) If the dispute is not resolved within 14 days of written notice from either party, either party may refer it to mediation administered by the Resolution Institute (www.resolution.institute). The mediator will be appointed by the Resolution Institute and the cost of mediation will be shared equally between the parties unless otherwise agreed.
(c) Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
14. GENERAL
(a) These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and OSKAYA PTY LTD in respect of your use of the Website, and supersede all prior representations and agreements in that respect.
(b) If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be severed and the remaining Terms will continue in full force.
