1. Promoter
This promotion is conducted by OSKAYA PTY LTD ACN 663 255 721, trading as Holly McKee Elliott Coaching ("Promoter").

2. Promotion Period
The promotion opens at 5:00pm AEST on Tuesday 7 July 2026 and closes at 5:00pm AEST on Friday 10 July 2026 ("Promotion Period"). Entries received after the closing time will not be accepted.

3. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Entrants must be able to attend the Women's Winter Retreat on Saturday 25 July 2026. By entering, entrants confirm they meet the eligibility criteria. The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of age and eligibility at any time.

4. How to Enter
During the Promotion Period, entrants must:

• Follow @holly.mckee.elliott and @weareholistics on Instagram
• Like the giveaway post
• Comment explaining in a few words why they would like to attend and tag the friend they would bring with them

Each additional friend tagged in a separate comment counts as one (1) additional valid entry, up to a maximum of twenty (20) entries per person. Participants must be following both accounts at the time of winner selection. Entries from private accounts may not be visible and therefore may be ineligible.

To complete their entry, entrants must check their Instagram Direct Messages after commenting and follow the prompts to provide a valid email address. If an entrant does not receive the automated Instagram direct message within a reasonable time after commenting, they should send the Promoter a direct message before the Promotion Period closes so their entry can be completed. Incomplete entries may be deemed invalid.

The Promoter uses ManyChat to automate entry confirmation via Instagram Direct Message. If a participant's Instagram privacy settings prevent them from receiving a Direct Message from @holly.mckee.elliott, their entry confirmation cannot be completed. OSKAYA PTY LTD accepts no responsibility for incomplete entries resulting from a participant's Instagram privacy settings or technical limitations of the ManyChat platform.

5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive two (2) tickets to attend the Women's Winter Retreat on Saturday 25 July 2026 at Caoura Cliffs, Southern Highlands NSW (total prize value AUD $500).

The prize:

• is not redeemable for cash
• is not exchangeable
• is not transferable unless approved by the Promoter

Travel, accommodation and any other incidental expenses are not included and are at the winner's own expense.

In the event the retreat is cancelled or rescheduled, the prize tickets will be subject to the Promoter's Event Terms and Conditions available on the checkout page. The Promoter's liability in such circumstances is limited to the face value of the tickets only.

6. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period. The draw will occur on Friday 10 July 2026 after entries close. The Promoter's decision is final.

7. Winner Notification
The winner will be contacted using the email address supplied during entry. The Promoter is not required to publish the winner's name or personal details. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, or is unable to accept the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw.

8. Privacy
Personal information collected as part of this promotion will only be used to:

• administer the giveaway
• contact the winner
• send information about the Women's Winter Retreat, coaching services, retreats, events, special offers and related communications from the Promoter

Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link contained in each email. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy. The Promoter uses third-party service providers including ManyChat and Kajabi to collect and process personal information in connection with this promotion.

9. Technical Issues
The Promoter is not responsible for technical interruptions, platform outages, internet failures, Instagram or Meta system issues, or other circumstances beyond the Promoter's reasonable control that may affect entry into the promotion. The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to assist entrants who experience technical difficulties before the Promotion Period closes.

10. General
The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and to disqualify any entrant who:

• submits false or misleading information
• manipulates the entry process
• breaches these Terms & Conditions

If the promotion cannot be conducted as planned due to circumstances beyond the Promoter's reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the promotion where reasonably necessary.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram. By entering this promotion, each entrant completely releases Instagram from any liability arising from the promotion.
