I backed myself
and went for it.

For most of my working life I felt like I was living two versions of myself: the successful corporate one I felt like I was expected to be, and the real me who craved sunshine, wanted a herb garden, and needed slow mornings in nature to feel like herself.

So when I left my last role feeling burned out, I realised it wasn't from overwork but from misalignment.

I booked myself into a meditation and breathwork retreat in the bush, which quietened the noise enough for me to finally hear what was actually running in my mind: an autoloop of self-criticism and catastrophising anxiety I had never noticed was there. That realisation changed everything about how I understood the relationship between the body and the mind. And showed me all of the ways my self-limiting beliefs had been holding me back from chasing things that were actually aligned with my purpose.

The coaching framework I use with clients came from years of my own personal development work, the experience at the retreat, and from volunteering as a mentor through a DV shelter where my methods helped a woman grow and change her life over six months.

So I backed myself and launched this coaching practice which I'm still (imperfectly) building in real time and most importantly, doing it before I feel ready. Which is exactly what I'll be asking of you.
